Once a call is routed to Assistant, it greets the caller and uses advanced text-to-speech technology to identify the caller’s identity and the reason for the call. Real-time information is displayed on your screen, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether or not to answer the call. It’s like having your own personal answering machine.
